Pelion Property Consultants is a local company providing high-standard property services in Volos and Pelion, adhering to a strong and established code of conduct regulated by National and European real estate standards.

Pelion Property Consultants obtained its legal status in 1999 and by the summer of 2000 was a fully registered and licensed real estate and property consultancy organization in Magnisia, Greece. The company was one of the first property agencies in the region to present her properties on a functioning and vetted website.

With its first registered office in the port city of Volos, at the foothills of Mount Pelion, the company specialized in the Pelion peninsular and targeted waterfront, listed and traditional mansions, simple holiday homes, mountain refuges and village stone houses as well as olive groves, apple groves and chestnut forests with views of the Aegean Sea or the Pagasitikos Gulf.

Starting in September 2005 the company began to take an active role in local community incentives and nature preservation projects and joined a number of relevant local societies.

Through the years the services of the company expanded to building, renovation and maintenance of properties as well as providing a wide range of property consultancy services. Pelion Property Consultants employs, appoints and refers lawyers, architects, topographers, civil engineers and construction professionals and a wide range of financial advisors, insurance agents, surveyors and accountants. Due to the nature of the requirements of the company’s unique clientele, eventually the agency became an information hub for the Pelion region.

These clients were mostly non locals from the big cities of Greece as well as North Europeans, Americans, Russians and even East Asians mostly unfamiliar with the local property and building regulations and thirsty for a one-stop company that could provide them with all aspects of settling completely or just cherishing a second home in Pelion.

Pelion Property Consultants strives to present an accurate and informative picture of the properties for sale in Pelion, which are to the best of their professional knowledge (subject to further legal surveys) clear and legal.

These properties must have certified topographical documents, documented building rights, building permits, clearance from Forestry Office and Archeological Society, and have no claims or disputes against them. The properties are sold at what is understood to be a reasonable market price, set and documented by the property owners.
