Terms of service for Property Buyers: 
Purchase services include initial verification of the properties, provision of comprehensive and detailed lists of properties together with their photographs and videos, general property advice, arrangements for viewing selected properties, price negotiations, general assistance with legal matters including recommendations for legal representation and assistance with verbal translations. 



Terms of service for Property Sellers: 
Sale services include advice on evaluation, all promotional activities, arrangement for viewing, price negotiations, general assistance with legal matters and verbal translations. 
We require from the owner the following: 
A copy of the latest topographical plans. 
A copy of the deeds or the ownership contract. 
A singed copy of our standard instructions for the sale including the price and agreement for our fees by the owner. 
Access to the property. 

Pelion Property Consultants reserves the right not to promote properties which appear to be over priced or appear to have legal problems. 

Our fees:
Properties up to the value of €500K: 2% (minimum fee per transaction €1,500)
The broker may also accept a promise of remuneration from the counterparty of his principal.
Properties above €500K: €10,000 plus only 1,75% for the amount above € 500K.
Properties above €1,000,000: €18,000 plus only 1,5% for the amount above €1,000,000.
All fees are subject to applicable VAT.
