There is a huge living room and entertainment space, dining room and kitchen area. The rustic dining table can accommodate the entire group while the full-furnished, kitchen makes even complicate meals a breeze.
It’s elegant and polished design is filled with designer quality style, as well as high-end finishing and on trend furnishings. Wake up each morning, open your eyes, to the amazing view of ocean! The living room opens up to an extended veranda where you may sit and enjoy your morning coffee, dine, or just watch the dolphins play (may be seen at dusk and dawn).
A complete, modern design kitchen is provided with all the cooking utensils, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, various drinkware and more.
The dining area offers table seating for 6 with additional seats at the kitchen counter. The house floors are paved with marble or wood like ceramic tiles and in the interior high-end comfortable and family friendly furniture and decor have been placed. A complete kitchen is provided with all the cooking utensils.
A very friendly and stylish staircase leads us from the living room to the first floor
 with the three sunny and spacious bedrooms and the master bathroom. Outside the bedrooms, there are two slate covered balconies, while downstairs we also find the fancy roofed great veranda overlooking the sea. 

The semi-basement apartment  is ideal to accommodate 4 to 6 guests. Besides the double bedroom, the cozy corner sofa-bed in the living room can sleep two more persons while the sofa-bed in the dining area can accommodate another two persons, ideally 2 younger persons up to 12 to 14 years old
Open plan by design, an elegant and comfortable living room to one side and a fitted kitchen with dining area on the other, furnished with modern wooden furniture are ideally positioned to take full advantage of all unforgettable vacation moments.

The total building surface is 210 sqm, 70 of them on the elevated ground level, another 65 on the first floor and 75sqm is the apartment in the semi-basement
