The Platanidia area is 15 minutes by car from Volos and 30 minutes by city bus. From the main road, the house is approximately 100 meters at the end of the corridor of the complex.

The house is a maisonette of 90 sqm. (plus a storage room in the basement) in a residential complex. It is a 1st and 2nd floor maisonette and has sea views from both the 1st and 2nd floors.

The first floor has the living room, the kitchen and a small WC. It also has the large balcony facing the sea and a small balcony in the kitchen facing back to Pelion. In front of the entrance is the internal staircase that goes up to the second floor. Upstairs it has a small room facing back to Pelion, a large room facing the sea, a bathroom and a hallway. Wardrobes in both rooms and shelves in the hallway. The frames are wooden with wooden shutters and double-glazing. For heating, it has a fireplace, an air condition and two radiators on the lower floor (one in the living room and one in the kitchen). On the upper floor an air condition (in the large room) and two radiators (one in the big room and one in the small). Also a wall heater with resistances in the upper bathroom. The upper bathroom has a window while the lower one does not. The large balcony on the first floor has a trellis and the kitchen balcony as well.

Four different apartments are housed in this entire building of the complex. Two on the lower floors (basement and ground floor) and two on the upper (1st and 2nd). From the same entrance to the house, the tenants of the adjacent apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors also enter.

It does not have private parking but there is enough space on the main street of Platanidia (Magnesia).

The house is immediately habitable without damages, without moisture.
