Lechonia is a quiet sea front suburb of Volos port. It is about 8 Kilometers from city center and less than one kilometer from the sea front. The village has moderate and simple sea front facilities and is at the foot of mount Pelion. A riverside road by the village leads you to the cool forests of the mountain. The plot of land is in a lemon and olive grove green land and since it is inside the village it has building rights of over 800 m2. You can build several houses on this plot of land.. Currently the land has drawings and the building rights to build two 90m2 houses.
