Faris is truly an international young man (only 50) who has lived, worked, studied, in five countries in three different continents. He was born and raised in Iran and finished his high school in the Himalayan mountains in India. His educational career took him to Athens and professional and post graduate education lead him to both coasts of the United States where he worked and established small scale construction companies.

In London, he was more in touch with his educational background getting involved with social work and human rights activities. After coming to Greece he continued his writing interests in the filed of property and tourism. Faris has 3 boys so if he takes you in his car to show you around Pelion don’t be shocked by the mess in the car.

He speaks 3 languages, Greek, English, Persian and he also knows a bit of Spanish and Hindi, but his writings are mostly in English. Here is what he has to say about Pelion, as you will see he truly loves this peninsular, so don’t be surprised if he doesn’t let you buy the whole mountain.
