The complex consists of 3 independent buildings each of which has 2 townhouses and a ground floor apartment. (9 independent residences)

The residences are about 50 m2, and are fully furnished and have a fireplace, large bedrooms, a kitchen and a sitting room. There is also a private yard or balcony with an unobstructed view of the Pagasitic gulf.

Three of the residences are constructed for people with special needs. There are ramps, a special bathroom and very spacious sitting room and bedroom.

One of the nine residences is a 90 m2 townhouse and can facilitate up to six people. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large sitting room and kitchen.

All of the residences are fully loaded with all of the necessary appliances (oven, coffee machine etc) , for the comfort and self service of each visitor.

The internal areas are done up in wood and stone, the essence of the local architecture.
