The house is set on three levels, and is built in the traditional village style common to the whole region, with thick stone walls and a stone sloping roof. The main entrance leads to an open air terrace, covered by a pergola on which grows an ample and abundant grapevine. Through the front door of the house, one reaches a single room on the right and a double room on the left; a bathroom can also be found at this level. A flight of steps leads down to the third, twin bedded bedroom. Upstairs, one will find a large, open plan, living room and kitchen area, with traditional features such as the apparent roof beams and the chimney. From the small balcony and through the four large windows, sweeping views of the valley all the way down to the sea can be enjoyed. From the kitchen, the back door leads to another large terrace, fitted with a large dining table shaded by a mighty walnut tree. Across from the main gate, a small outbuilding, formerly sheltering the wood-fired bread oven, has been converted into a small studio with fireplace and independent facilities. The property can comfortably welcome a total of 6 guests. A small garden lies to the south side of the house, delimited by a gully usually dry in summer. Price per week : 450.00 Euros (available from June 2012) Also long term rental (minimum 6 months) is an option, price per month 800.00 Euros (water, telephone and electricity not included).
