
Kallithea is a quite traditional village, situated on the south-east side of Pelion, some 5 km from the Aegean beaches and 7 km from the gulf beaches. The city of Volos is 45 km. Argalasti, the capital village of South Pelion is less than 5 minutes drive.
This special property consists of two restored stone houses and a small newly built utility room that can be converted into an additional guest room.
The two houses were restored during 1984 and are connected with an impressive, double glazed entrance foyer.
In the larger two-storey house are the open plan marble-clad kitchen and the living room with fireplace. On the top floor are two spacious bedrooms, one of them with a balcony. Each of the bed rooms is connected internally with the ground floor through a separate wooden staircase.
The second house, with its exposed beam roof, is currently used as a study. The floors are wooden and the well isolated roofs are covered with traditional Pelion stone slate.
All houses are centrally heated and the total living space measures 156 m2.
The property is car accessed and the plot measures 1.737 sqm. with beautifully landscaped gardens, located in a lush green and quiet area. The two verandahs are surrounded by roses, hibiscus, lavender, jasmine, magnolia and various other mature trees and bushes. |
