Terms of service for property Sellers: Sale services include advice on evaluation, all promotional activities, arrangement for viewing, price negotiations, general assistance with legal matters and verbal translations. We require from the owner the following: A copy of the latest topographical plans. A copy of the deeds or the ownership contract. A singed copy of our standard instructions for the sale including the price and agreement for our fees by the owner. Information or keys for access to the property. 85 Euros plus vat for promotional charges deductible from our final bill. Pelion Property Consultants reserves the right not to promote properties which appear to be over priced or appear to have legal problems. Standard contract fees: Our standard fees for the sale of a property is 2% of the sale value plus vat or a minimum of 1000 Euros plus vat. Inclusion of a property on our web site and relevant promotions including photography, description of property in Greek, English and German, production of a video footage about the property and discretionary promotional advertising is charged at 85 Euros plus vat. Please note that this amount is refunded by the way of deduction from our fees upon the successful completion of the sale contract by our office.
