This is an excellent spot to build a dream holiday home close to the village but just far enough to give you all the privacy you need. Part of this land is within the boarders of the village giving you sufficient rights to build a large villa. The sea views are breath taking and access is very easy. The land is situated in the village of Agios Vlasios only about half hour drive to the port city of Volos and about as far to the winter sport resort of Chania. Some ideal beaches can be found less than 20 minutes drive.
