Visitsa is one of the most popular traditional stone villages of Pelion half way up the green hills of the mountain with some of the most breathtaking views of the Pagasitikos gulf and the islets spread in this very blue corner of the Mediterranean.

 The plot is a total of 800 m2 just meters off the main road leading to the village with calm distant view of the sea and also views of the souronding hills. It is situated about 200 meters from the main square and the quaint church of the village. Although on the oust skirt, the land is within the boundary of the village.
