Kallithea is a quite traditional village, situated on the south-east side of Pelion. The village is 5 km from the nearest Aegean beaches, about 7 km from the gulf beaches and 45 km from the city of Volos. Argalasti, the capital village of South Pelion is less than 5 minutes drive.
This special property consists of two restored stone houses and a small newly built utility room that can easily be converted into an additional guest room. The two houses were restored during 1984 and are connected with an impressive, double glazed entrance foyer.
