These ruins on 1600 m2 of dense fruit garden are situated next to a foresty creek on top of one of Pelion’s most charming villages on the Aegean sea. This is truly a working village with most of the locals apart from attending to their apple groves also farm gardenia, magnolia and hydrangeas on their roof tops and balconies.  These ruins have an uneasy car access and consist of a two storey neoclassical building which requires complete restoration. A small stone house with storage which requires renovation and a main farm house on two floors almost livable.
