This is a traditional 3-storey Pelion mansion converted into a bar and guesthouse in 1980. It is located in the village of Koukourava, which is part of Makrinitsa. Makrinitsa is one of the most famous traditional villages in Pelion and enjoys numerous visitors throughout the year only about 15 minutes to the port city of Volos.
The ground floor houses the bar (70 m2) with a fireplace, a large TV screen and the kitchen. The terraces in front of the ground floor can host up to 200 people. The 1st and 2nd floors have 3 and 4 rooms respectively, with one bathroom for each floor. Except for one room on the top floor, which has en-suite bathroom.
