Terms of service for property buyers:
Purchase services include initial verification of the properties, provision of comprehensive and detailed lists of properties together with their photographs and videos, general property advice, arrangements for viewing selected properties, price negotiations, general assistance with legal matters including recommendations for legal representation and assistance with verbal translations. Standard contract fees: Our standard fees for the purchase of a property is 2% of the purchase value plus vat or a minimum of 1000 Euros plus vat.
